Cookie Policy

This policy explains the essential cookies and browser storage used to keep Molar sessions, role-aware access, and interface feedback working.

What cookies are

Cookies are small browser-stored values used to keep web applications working. Molar uses cookies and similar browser storage where needed for sign-in, session continuity, role selection, clinic context, and short-lived user feedback.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies support authentication, pending login flows, active clinic selection, membership selection, session snapshots, and temporary toast messages after server actions. These are required for the dashboard and patient portal to work correctly.

Preference and interface state

Molar may use local browser state for interface behavior such as privacy visibility controls, loading state, or page interactions. These settings improve usability but do not replace account security controls.

Analytics and third parties

If analytics, email, WhatsApp, payment, or infrastructure providers are configured, those services may process technical information needed to deliver their features. Molar does not require advertising cookies for core clinic workflows.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, dashboard access, patient portal access, and other protected workflows from functioning.
