Use of Molar

Molar provides software for dental clinic operations, including scheduling, patient records, clinical notes, prescriptions, billing, reports, and patient portal access. You may use the system only for lawful clinic, administrative, or patient-care purposes.

Accounts and access

Users must keep login details secure and use the role assigned to them. Clinic admins are responsible for managing team access, removing users who should no longer have access, and keeping clinic settings current.

Clinic and patient data

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they enter, upload, or send through Molar. This includes patient details, appointment information, medical notes, prescriptions, billing data, and media files.

Clinical responsibility

Molar is an operational tool. It does not replace professional dental judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescription review, or clinic compliance obligations.

Payments and packages

Subscription packages, limits, invoices, and payment records are managed inside the system. Access to paid features may depend on the active clinic package, payment status, and platform review.

Communications

If a clinic enables email or WhatsApp notifications, it is responsible for the message content, recipient accuracy, and any consent required before contacting patients or team members.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Molar reliable, but features may change as the product improves. Maintenance, third-party service issues, internet outages, or configuration problems may affect availability.
